We enjoyed our stay except the lady who checked us in was very rude and short with us. We hadn't ever been there and asked a few questions then needed more towels and bedding and she was very rude but other than that the hotel was nice and comfortable!

Original key we were given didn’t work in the old school door locks. I asked the lady at the front desk how to use the key to make sure it wasn’t my error and she said she “wouldn’t know”. She programmed a new key and it worked but you would imagine staff would know how to use a key in the rooms.
