The lady that checked us in was very nice and the check in process was less than 5min from start to finish. Our toilet was clogged this morning. I reported it to the front desk, they had it fixed by the we were done breakfast.

When I first pulled up to the hotel I was like oh crap what kind of mistake did I make, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff was great and my room was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet.

Front desk staff wasn’t welcoming and informative at all when we checked in. She didn’t greet us nor show us where the elevator is so we get to our room. It was disappointing to have type of staff in the front desk in the evening.
