RENTERS BEWARE!!!! This was the worst rental unit I've EVER seen. I'm surprised this filthy unit and shady host is even allowed to post this unit. It was so bad there was NO WAY I would allow my family to stay there. I walked into the unit ,and was immediately hit with a bad odor that they attempted to cover up with an air freshener they taped on the wall near the ceiling. The furniture was flimsy like Ikea furniture put together badly. The couch cushions were torn and felt funky to sit on, felt itchy right away. It was supposed to be a king bed with a roll out bed, large enough to be able to accommodate up to 7 people. There were only 3 of us. I communicated with the property manager and told him about our disappointment. He said he would relay the message to the owner, and despite several calls and messages left with him and the owner, there was no response. I had to start looking for other accommodations and we were fortunate enough to find a hotel that could accommodate us for our first 2 nights and then we had to go to another hotel for our final night. So, we left the rental unit before normal check-in at 4pm, even though we paid 50 for early check-in,, and 90 dollars for 3 nights for parking. It was a nightmare! This was a weekend celebration for my grandson's 13th birthday, so I thought why not splurge? It's advertised as "Snazzy 1-Bed Apartment with Rooftop Pool & Hollywood Sign View" FALSE!! Pictures are deceiving.

Great apartment

We really felt very comfortable during our stay. The place was super clean. 2 queen beds and a sofa in the living room. TV with variety of apps options. Gated garage.
