After booking the place, the host message me to inform me of a different address. I come to find out this place was in studio City which is 15 minutes away from Warner Brothers not Burbank. Other than that the video that was provided was very helpful showing me where to go. Also the host stayed up for my delayed late flight to make sure that I Check in the place. Due to a glitch, the address listed isn't correct. Also your responsible for taking out your own trash. Otherwise place was great.

Place was spacious and cozy, location was perfect you have a Ralph's super convenient store 5 mins away, a good variety of local restaurants, parking is super easy as well along the road which made things smooth. Moziko did a great job answering whenever i needed assistance. Would highly recommend for anyone with a group of 3-5.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Host was great when I had trouble pulling up the check in video. Street parking was a little tricky, but the area was quiet and felt safe. Great location, close to food, WB Studio, and Universal Studios. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

We had an excellent stay. Moziko was reachable and friendly. Let us check in early after a long flight. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved the separate beds for the children. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. It was just great.

Great apartment in a convenient location

Great apartment - cute place, very clean. Easy 5 min walk to the Village Market for groceries or Hawaiian Hit Chicken, which was super yummy. Less than 15 minute drive to Warner Bros, Universal, and Disney Studios. Kitchen is small, but sufficient. Master bed was too hard for us, but others may be ok. Owner was very pleasant to deal with. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Well cared for place right next to universal studios

The condo was very clean and nice and the proximity was perfect. Beds were a bit hard for our tastes but we all slept just fine after a long day. Owner was great and very responsive helping us navigate some noise issues with neighbors. Overall great stay and we had a good trip.

Unable to stay due to disability. 2nd floor unit, no elevator. Very disrespectful.

I never ended up staying here so I can’t state its condition. But, unit is on 2nd floor with no elevator which wasn’t disclosed. (It is now stated due to my request) Due to a disability I wouldn’t have been able to get my bags up the stairs & so I couldn't physically stay here. I only found out about stairs from a video that was sent about how to check-in. Otherwise owner never disclosed . Owner is very disrespectful, condescending, and kept 100% of my money. He originally stated he would refund half (as it was over $2000) & changed his mind because i couldn’t process it on my end. VRBO supervisor was involved, said he explained to owner I had no ability to cancel the reservation as it was too close to when I was leaving and the owner was rude to both of us and refunded nothing. VRBO stated an investigation is being conducted into his properties. I would not recommend staying at a place owned by this man because of the way he handled the situation. He was very unprofessional, had no empathy and I’ve never been spoke to so rudely in my life.
