The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors and return the keys
Please throw away your trash . Trash chute is located inside the garage right by the entrance . Drive your vehicle out of the garage park in the streets and then return the keys :)
Remember to return the keys. There will be a 1000$ fee is the cleaners don’t find the keys
Place your used towels in the shower
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Visit to Universal Studios

My family and I stayed here for our visit to Universal Studios. This townhome is lovely and and clean. Easy access to get in. I do recommend.

Good times

The stay was great. Perfect location and enjoyable walk around the block. The only thing I recommend is bringing your own pillow. The pillows for sleeping were big and VERY firm.
