Whole unit, gym, swimming pool, and grill zone will be available for the guests.

Other Things to Note:
Absolutely no parties and smoking are permitted on our premises. To ensure compliance, we have implemented extensive security measures including outdoor cameras, video doorbells, as well as noise, smoke, and party crowd event detectors within each property. Any violation of these rules, resulting in the activation of any detector, will lead to immediate eviction without the option of a refund. We extend courtesy and respect to all our guests and expect the same in return for our properties.
Charges and penalties:
1. Early check-in(1 pm)— 50$ (after the request is approved - not guaranteed).
Late check-out - 25$ each 30min. after 11 am.
2. We are a residential, not commercial building. Doing commercial business - 300$ fine and immediate cancelation without any refund.
4. No parties allowed. Fine 1000$ and immediate cancellation without any refund.
5. Smoking is not allowed. Fine 1000$ for smoking inside the unit.
6. Pets are not allowed. Penalty 1500$.

This bed & breakfast offers its guests ski-in/ski-out access, a hot tub, and a fitness center. This bed & breakfast also features barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and an elevator.
