Bouquet Ranch is a private 30-acre boutique retreat perched above Bouquet Reservoir, offering sweeping canyon views, epic sunsets, stary nights, and total seclusion just 45 minutes from Los Angeles. This is the only property in the area with elevated reservoir views, creating a truly rare and peaceful escape.

The main cabin blends rustic charm with modern comfort, featuring a open loft king bedroom, pull out queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and a cozy living area with a large TV, Xbox, and fast Starlink internet. The property is intentionally intimate indoors, while expansive outdoor spaces provide multiple areas to relax, gather, and explore.

Guests can enjoy a *heated splash pool, a 4-person hot tub, and a private single-person sauna. Multiple fire pits, covered lounge areas, and a geodesic dome. Covered daybeds create perfect spaces for stargazing and sunset gatherings. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a large stone-fired pizza oven and commercial flat-top grill, ideal for family meals and special evenings.

Three tiny homes are available by request and additional cost ($150 per night each) and include power, seating, TVs, and beds. These units do not have bathrooms; guests can use the main house and separate bath/laundry building. They are secluded and range from 1-10 minute walk up the canyon from the main house. Each tiny house is beautifuly decorated comfortable and cozy. Perfect for extra guests, secluded workspace or music or art studio.

The land features many old growth oak trees, grape vines, fruit trees, and a seasonal creek with a waterfall during wetter months. Enjoy hikes through the many secret trails, enchanted forest walks and spectacular views along the way. Wildlife is alive all around you with dozens of unique birds, hawks and owls. You may also catch a family of deer in the early mornings.

The property also offers a private electric gated entrance, ample parking including RV space, vehicle staging area, a Level 2 EV charger, and pet-friendly accommodations.

The property is at 2500 ft elevation. Expect the temperature to range 5-10 degrees cooler then the bottom of the canyon road. Being in a canyon, the wind can also be sometimes quite strong, please dress accordingly and for all weather types.

The surrounding area offers hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, bird watching, Bouquet Falls, and Vasquez Rocks State Park. - the property is perfectly located for OHV off road truck groups and trips. If you have your own ATV / dirt bikes or trail equipemnt, feel free to use it off if the property, just let us know the use any requirements for your needs.

Bouquet Ranch is ideal for couples, small groups, micro weddings, creative retreats, wellness stays, and intimate gatherings. Its a quiet place, so no parties or amplified music. It’s not about square footage — it’s about space, privacy, and experience.
