One block up from to Hollywood Blvd. Street parking available, but at times tricky to get a spot late at night. Building its self is old and some homeless activity surrounding the block. However, studio is very cute and has all the basic needs. Noise level was low, you can occasionally hear the neighbors passing by in the hallway or honking from passing traffic but not terrible. Would recommend!
