The room was very clean, and the staff was very accommodating. First, we arrived early due to our game starting before check in. They allowed us to check in early for a small fee. When returning, we asked for extra pillows for my pregnant wife and they were provided very quickly. Will stay here next time for sure. Thank you again!

Property decided to have concrete work done at 8am before check out at 11am. Very rude for customers who are on vacation and trying to sleep in a little. Also lady went running in room right after check out like if someone stole something or they were trying to see if something was left behind! When she noticed we were still in parking lot try to act like she didn’t just run in to the room!!

It’s in a terrible part of town. Police sirens all night. Not enough parking for the rooms. Staff infriendly (they just don’t care). While it is close to SOFI, KIA, cosm , etc. its dangers. Doors don’t lock properly. No amenities. For the price. Pay the same the price somewhere else and yrber to the arena. It’s wasn’t an inexpensive hotel.
