The staff was great!!!! We had a problem paying $15 a day to park our rental car which we weren’t told about until we got there. This was the first time we were charged this and that was expensive!!!! Also, they need to deep clean the rooms (dust, polish the furniture, clean the tub, toilets, sinks, counters, etc) and steam clean the carpets and bathroom floors! Rick & Glynis Richardson

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ideally located: close to freeways and good restaurants and big malls. However, I could hear the freeways from the room. Not enough parking in the front. The parking in the back is dark, and I don't feel safe.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and unfortunately the experience wasn’t what I expected. There was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay—no room refresh, no trash pickup, nothing. I had to request towels and toilet paper myself, which they did bring promptly, but it’s frustrating to have to ask for basics at a hotel. Another downside: breakfast wasn’t included. For the price of the stay, I really expected at least a simple breakfast option. Overall, the staff were polite and responsive when I reached out, but the lack of housekeeping and no included breakfast made the stay less comfortable than it should’ve been. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless improvements are made.
