Staff at the front desk during check in was rude. There is water available in the lobby in a very nice picture/container but no cups. Asked about cups and they said we are all out. It went down hill from there.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times…probably 2-3 visits per year. The last 3 out of 4 trips were terrible. The hotel has turned into a frat-house party just about every night. Often times the pool would have 20-30 teens/college students acting what you’d expect. Parties/noisy till 2am or later. I won’t be returning there again.
