Very pretty area and surrounding. Hotel needs to be renovated but it’s kept clean. It took 20 minutes just to wait to get checked in. I actually left this hotel because the staff was so rude.

They charge for parking per day, it’s nowhere near anything to eat or drink. The staff is not very helpful, I requested toilet paper never got any. We asked the cleaning lady that was near by, they never went in to change our towels or go inside our room at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s very outdated and has horrible lighting inside the room. Will never stay here again, and it’s very pricy for the poor area.

Great location, close to port. Stayed for one night after cruise. Theres a free trolley(hop-on/hop-off) that has a stop at the hotel.. it runs throughout the waterfront and downtown areas, all you need to get to know San Pedro. Thank you Elizabeth at the front desk for the help with that! Room was clean and spacious and beds were comfortable. Seems like an old hotel that needs to be updated but overall it was a good stay.
