I have zero complaints about this hotel based on my one stay here. Staff interaction was minimal yet they are all truly kind to us and enhanced our stay in LA. Our hotel room was clean and our entire stay was worry-free from arrival to departure.

The location and proximity to things downtown was great. The hotel itself was nothing special. The complimentary coffee was only available one day. The dining was closed the entire time; luckily it’s close to other places. Parking was $55 per night and I literally watched valet park my vehicle 5 steps from where I was. Even the ice maker wasn’t working. The hotel was just overpriced and offered nothing. Never again!

This was a shocking disappointment. I spent a lot of time researching, I drove by it looked beautiful from the outside. Unfortunately the inside was a complete disappointment. in every way possible the lobby is very sad and is still set up for Covid. There is no restaurant, a bar that I served very inadequate snacks and they were out of main items. How is it? There is a hotel in downtown LA with outside seating and no restaurant. The room is very old with some upgrades to make it look nice in the pictures. The hall smells like an old hotel. The carpet is bubbled up all over the staff was very nice and the room is clean. The fees are extremely high higher than the other hotels in the area . There are so many amazing hotels around here for the same or less money. This was extremely disappointing. I will definitely not be back.

When we arrived the check in was swift and they upgraded our room as its was our anniversary and a birthday celebrations. We were located on one of the top floors, the room was large and very clean / smart etc. The location worked well for us as across the road is the Lakers Stadium and some decent bars to enjoy. We also travelled to Santa Monica Pier by Metro which was really cheap and well worth doing from a stop called Pico.

This is my third time staying at E Central, and I keep coming back because the service remains consistently excellent. From check-in to check-out, the staff is always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every stay a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I also appreciate the little details—whether it’s the thoughtful amenities or the prompt service, everything is done with care. E Central has truly become my go-to hotel, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Looking forward to my next visit!

Stay was great overall, only complaint would be the 2nd floor complementary croissant and coffee being served from 6am to 12pm were completely gone at 8:45am.
