PARTIES: if you host a party you will be fine $1000 per attending guests. The property has a ring door camera and our security monitors everything.
POOL HOURS: 8am-midnight on the rooftop floor. No glass no smoking or no parties at the pool. Rule violations incur a $500 fee per guest.
Losing the fob costs $350 for a replacement. No smoking INSIDE the unit rule violations incur a $550 fee. (ONLY SMOKE OUTSIDE ON THE BALCONY)
