The breakfast and social hours are nice to have. Love having a seperate living space especially with kids. Restaurant food service was extremely slow and the food was sub par.

The bathroom was to tinny if anyone would open the door they would hit you in the knees… we found MOLD on the ceiling of the bedroom sliding door by the curtains

The staff was very courteous; 1 elevator was broken the entire visit, which was inconvenient; the ice machine on the 5th floor did not work; nor did the thermostat in Room 527; coffee and creamer were provided, but no stirrers -- I expected better. Also, certain items on the breakfast buffet were mislabeled
