We arrived at the hotel to find out that they sold our room and all hotels in the surrounding area were sold out for the night. Me and my family ended up sleeping in the car until I got enough rest to drive home 3 hours. We did not receive a call or stilettos us know that they sold a room that was booked over a month prior

The hotel is very nice although we had the worst nights. The guest next door had a dog and it was barking all day especially at night and we couldn't get to sleep well.

This property was not what I was expecting based on the internet images and the cost of my stay. The rooms and whole property were fairly dated and my rooms needed much more detailed cleaning. There was mold growth around the caulking of the tub and someone actually was sent up to ttake a look and able to remove most of it with a cloth (so it should have been cleaned before arriving). When we arrived the pool was not working for the first 1 1/2 days, and the hot tub was not working for our entire stay (3 nights). It was also a very rainy weekend and the hotel roof had leaking spots all over the lobby and courtyard area, with buckets and towels catching the rain. Each side of the hotel only had one elevator that worked and guests were often waiting up to 10 minutes to get to the main floor, especially near check out time. Positives: The set-up of the rooms all being suites is great for families to have a little extra space. The breakfast was great, with hot options, including an omlette bar. The hotel was also offering happy hour drinks (2 free drinks a person) so we enjoyed Happy Hour and often ordered some food from the menu while there as will. The food was all really good for casual cusine.

Property was great, with exception of broken elevators which caused a longer wait. Also there was this bad odor in the restroom that would fill the air whenever the toilet was flushed. Other than that, food was remarkable, and customer services was 10 stars plus.

The pool was never cleaned my entire stay. The jacuzzi was discussing and smelled like pee. Food was the greatest. But the alcohol drinks and room was Amazing
