Very surprised to find out I had to pay $9.99 to use internet! Despite being a Hilton Honors member, I was told that at THIS Embassy Suite I was being PENALIZED for booking thru EXPEDIA instead of booking directly thru the hotel by being charged for wi-fi! This should be stayed up front when booking. I wont be back Glendale.

We stayed 3 nights and the maid never came to the room. The pool was dirty, hot tub heater was broken, laundry was out of order. The hotel has one ice maker total and old dirty carpets. Several guests had barking dogs.
