Sparkling Clean Property. This is a perfect getaway with easy freeway access and is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Location is the entire top floor of a residential home in a lovely neighborhood with a private entrance, fully stocked kitchen, free WIFI and three 50” Smart TV’s with access to popular movie channels. 1000 Sq Ft. Home includes two bedrooms, and also a queen sofa bed as well as a Pack n Play to accommodate additional guests. Sorry no pets or smoking.

The space
There is a full kitchen for your use. A balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy the aroma of the orange blossoms when they are in bloom and see the Santa Monica Mountains. Only a 5-minute drive to Amgen, and a 13-minute drive to Camarillo Premium Outlet Mall. Close to Stagecoach Inn Historical Landmark & Museum, a popular place for weddings and other functions. Great location for visiting all Southern California attractions. Close to all Thousand Oaks & Westlake Village's many amenities: fine restaurants, 2 multiplex movie theaters, grocery stores, 3 great malls, every kind of fast food & coffee shop. There are 10 local golf courses with in 18 miles.

Easy commuting distance to the beaches of Santa Barbara, Ventura, Malibu and Santa Monica.
Only 35 minutes to Universal Studios or the Getty Museum; 50 minutes to LAX.
About an hour + drive to Disneyland.
All of the Los Angeles area's many attractions are but a short drive away.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time is 12:00 pm. Please put all towels in the shower. Leave beds you slept in unmade. Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher before you leave.
There are soap packets under the sink. Please take out the trash. The trashcans are to the right of the entrance behind the gate. Please lock the door when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
