Horrible service!!!

Terrible service. When we arrived to check in, another family was already staying in the house. I contacted the manager, who was very rude and responded at 7 PM, saying she wasn’t working and was sick, so she couldn’t help us. She told us we had to contact the host. The people staying in the house were able to reach the host, which was the only way we could talk to him. All they did was refund our money, but neither Vrbo nor the host helped us find another place to stay at 9pm. They claimed they would resolve the issue within an hour, but four hours went by without any response. We ended up staying in a hotel that night and renting another house the following day. Be cautious.
