Stay connected with blazing fast WiFi, and enjoy entertainment on our 55" HDTV with Sonos sound system for a truly immersive experience.



Our home is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including central AC/heating system, Nest Thermostat, digital locks, Keurig pod coffee maker for your daily caffeine fix, and a BBQ for outdoor grilling. Sleep soundly on our Tuft and Needle mattresses and relax on our comfy couch. Plus, with a full-size washer/dryer, you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay.



Our home features a separate downstairs space with its own laundry, and small office with a sit/stand desk and HD computer monitor that’s great for working from home.

Quiet hours after 9pm. It's a very residential neighborhood and our neighbors are very sensitive to noise past 9pm.
No parties, events, or amplified outdoor sound anytime. Group gatherings over 6 people require approval from host.
Permission to bring a pet must be approved by host prior to your arrival. An additional $100 Pet Fee will be added to your reservation.
