The room is well equipped and clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Good parking and a lovely view over the Marina. Downside is you can hear the planes from LAX and the Air con was loud but overall a nice stay.

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The location is perfect for a peaceful quiet stay with the fun of Venice Beach just 15 minute walk. Cheesecake Factory shares a building with the property where you can dine outdoor while enjoying the sun going down and the city lights coming up in the marina. We already booked another stay in 2 weeks and will add it to our favorites in CA.

The place is a bit tattered, but I enjoyed being on the beach and the fact that a taqueria, a pizza place, a Thai place, a kabab place, a ramen place and a sushi place (and a liquor store) are all less than a five-minute walk from FHI.
