Ok but needed more lights and there was no coffee machine as promised. Front desk person is virtual, not in person and you have to get your own towels from cabinet in the lobby if you need them

The hotel was very nice overall. It has coffee machines with hot chocolate and a bunch of different caffeine shots which I thought was super nice and the room was very nice too and clean. I booked the romantic room with the jacuzzi and the shower next to it and me and my husband loved it. It's also pretty conveniently around a bunch of food places, a mall and 15min away from Universal Studios. I definitely enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

I did not care for the new kiosk check in process. The representative’s voice was at times distorted and hard to understand. I prefer talking to the real person. Rooms were great

It was very clean looked safe quiet area the only thing I was upset it was because the heater was not working the room was cold my kids had to shower I call they say there is nothing they can do they won’t give me another room cause they were sold out they say do know know if that was true they say they will get bask to me but no body ever did not the manager when you book a room you expect for what you pay every thing should be working but other then that it was a good clean hotel

I didn't like the fact that they don't automatically clean the room during a multi night stay. I also did not like the fact that there was not a live person at the front desk. It didn't feel safe especially when there would be what seemed to be homeless person just loitering in the lobby with no one there to make him leave. He liked homeless and somewhat a threat.

Place was fine for the price. Extra $15/night to park your car. No front desk, just a kiosk with virtual workers, sometimes took a while to get help. Toilets clog easily, key cards demagnetized every day.
