Room and bathroom was spotless! Parking was only $15 per day which is a bargain if u ask me. The lobby was also absolutely spotless, and their breakfast was absolutely delicious. I will forever stay with Hampton after this excellent stay!

Very clean, modern hotel. Nice staff, easy parking and great breakfast. I liked that elevators had keycard access only to room floors. Felt very safe and again we noticed the lobby and rooms were spotless. The beds were so comfortable I fell asleep early! We stayed for one night for Universal Studios. It was a 10 minute drive away. Such a great place to stay for our trip. Got there early enough for the kids to enjoy the heated pool and left the next day refreshed and with full bellies ready to enjoy Universal.

The first room’s soap dispenser by the sink didn’t work. Otherwise, the room was fine. The second room was much better. Some members of the staff were friendly and helpful. Other staff members were not friendly. The security guard was great! The breakfasts were below average.

We had a great Thanksgiving with all of you. Thank you so much. Everything was super clean. The staff was phenomenal; always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was so comfortable and the pool temperature was perfect. Slept well, bed so comfortable. See you next time.
