Checkin was 4pm, due to our flight we were there just after 3pm, room wasn't ready (understandable). They asked us to come back in an hour...we gave them 2+hrs (just after 6pm, and the room still wasn't ready ! Assistant manager had to get involved to get us a room. Took us until after 6:30pm to get us a room that wasn't the type we paid for (King accessible). After a very long travel day (early departure, east coast to west coast), this issue was not appreciated. We got apologies from staff, but frustrating none the less.

The room did not get serviced during our stay and the fridge did not work properly. Towels were delivered promptly when requested and all our interactions with staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delightful and parking was very easy and plentiful
