Staff was courteous. Room was meh. Pillows were flat, bed was not comfortable, shower was draining slow felt like you were standing a pool. Not all electric outlets were working properly, had to use the wall plug in the bathroom to charge phone. Which was an inconvenience since I use my phone as an alarm. Overall it was ok.

System wasn’t working. Waitied until 3 am to be able to check in with no sleep and no alternative option was provided other than waiting until whenever the system was fixed or refunding (which takes days) and going to stay at a different hotel. There was also no drinking water available unless it was purchased.

We were very happy with the breakfast options in the morning, it was a great way to start the day. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the room temperature was easy to adjust to our liking. The staff were friendly upon arriving each day. The location was easily walkable (there's a great taco truck around the corner). We were happy with the cleanliness. The pool was outside and unheated, so it was great in the heat, but not so great on cooler days. I was surprised but the $100/day additional charge in case of incidents. Since the room was paid for and they had my credit card info on file, this seemed unnecessary. Overall, everything was good and I would recommend staying here.

Yes, I had a wonderful stay. The hot breakfast was great, the staff kept my luggage locked up for me until I check in at 3pm because I arrived at 11:00 am and they kept my luggage locked up at 10:00 am on check out day because my flight did not leave until 10:45 that night. So, I was able to walk around in Hollywood until my flight time. The only negative thing is that they don't have any drawers in the room to put your clothes in and the safe would not work properly in the room. Other than that everything was excellent.
