Several things: the smell blew me away when I walked into the hotel. The bleach scent is unavoidable and so overpowering—causing asthma symptoms. Worse was waking up in the morning to discover I had a rash on my face from the noxious pillowcases. There was a security light that went off every few seconds all night, which I was not able to block out all the way with the shade. I woke up hourly. The rooms were not very quiet. There are no microwaves and the mini fridge was warm. This is really just an overpriced motel. But other than that… great.

We requested room 307 and were told that was the room we would have. This was an accessible room with bathtub. When we arrived room 307 had been given to another guest. We were put in room 433. A much smaller room than room 307. We inquired the next day and were told all the rooms were the same size. Since we had stayed in two rooms that were larger like 307. We knew that wasn’t true. Everyday we inquired hoping to get our requested room. We were stuck in a much smaller room. As I am handicapped with a walker, scooter and cane. I needed a larger room. Sam the manager had promised us room 307 which we never got. It added to my stress level markedly. Never received an explanation.
