Definitely one of the nicer coliving/hostel type accommodations. I used to live in the area for years- Only passing through town for a couple days between gigs so definitely served purpose. I was hardly there. A few inquiries before I could get my access code to get in so drove around. My bed pod not ready for my check in so waited again. Waited again for locker code. And it would have been great if the kitchen was kept up. Dishes piled, trash overflowing (I changed the trash can bag twice in 1 day- before I left in morning and when I got back at night the overflowing again. same for main floor bathroom). The stove really needed scrubbing of dried food, floor needed sweeping of food. I drew the line at cleaning up after others. Slept well. Comfortable bed. I’d booked again for a short term through pass.

I loved staying at this property! I have stayed at a lot of different co-living spaces in my travels and this was one of the best, the property is beautiful inside and out, the location is very convenient and the residents were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend to anyone who is seeking a fun, prebuilt community on the west side!

I booked this place around a month ago my trip, everything was working well, 1 day before my flight they said there is no more beds so they have to move us to another place “downtown LA” I rented initially this place because it’s close to the beach, it would be very far, they did full refund but I have to rent a expensive place after. I don’t understand why they overbook the beds if there is not enough, also 1 day before I arrive? Terrible experience with them

Always first is staff and James was so attentive and returned all texts immediately! Great guy.They are lucky to have him!! Now the home…Omg what a beautiful luxurious space and kitchen and living room. So inviting and conducive to meeting new people. Made a friend for life there. Price is great for what you get. Had to go to a downtown hostel and it couldn’t compare. I’m goin back!!

BEAUTIFUL, SAFE, WELCOMING

I have had the most amazing time here. Travelled solo, left with amazing friends. It’s an upscale space that is very cozy and felt safe. Nice fireplace, amazing rooftop, spacious kitchen and cute balcony! And a hot tub. Very close to the beach!! It’s such a nice place for a young girl. Or anyone for that matter. Robert (the owner) also helped me out a ton when I was stuck and needed a place to stay. He is the best. You won’t regret your stay here. It had everything I needed and more. It’s so worth the price!!! A hidden gem, truly!

It was a pleasure staying at Haven Coliving. I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very pleasant, peaceful and relaxing. I have the pleasure to meet great people here. I felt like home. Morgan and Sarah the residents were extremely supportive and nice to me. Everyone respects people’s space and helpful. I would definitely give 5 star ⭐️ is Expedia review. There is a beautiful outdoor space to relax, a gym/yoga room to workout, Jacuzzi on the rooftop, BBQ grill, well equipped kitchen. You have everything you need at Haven Coliving to feel at home. The House Manager James was very professional, responsive and helpful. The cleaning lady Kari was very friendly and helpful. The owner Robert and James was very kind and understanding about my situation and allowed me to stay a complementary night. It really touched my heart that there are people who still cares about others. The name of the place should be Heaven instead of Haven. I felt surrounded by angels and kind people there. I had an issue with my closet lock and James was hands on trying to help me. He went above and beyond and sent a nice lady the residents Manager named Georgina to help me with a master key. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and to anyone who needs a place to stay that feels like home Los Angeles area. I had a great experience at Haven Coliving. It was refreshing after a long trip. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness made my short stay feel like home.
