First of all, please note that if you rent this property it is done through Pelican Residences and NOT the building. I rented one of their apartments for 2 weeks and also paid additional fees for parking. When I got there, there was someone in my parking spot so I had to park in temporary parking until the person in my assigned spot moved. When I first checked in, the apartment was hot and had a bad smell that was trying to be covered up with plug in scent. Once I turned down the AC it did help with the smell but there was a strange smell the entire time (I lit candles because I didn't like the smell of the plug ins). I also cleaned the fridge because it had something red & sticky spilled in it. The first week it was just one person but then for the 2nd week I was there, there was one other person. One HUGE problem was that you are only allowed one key fob which you need to use to get on elevators, etc. I contacted the front desk and the team in the building to get another fob and they told me I had to work with Pelican. I texted and called them several times and got several different answers on why I couldn't get another fob. I also got a nasty email from Pelican saying that I wasn't supposed to speak to anyone from the building. Good Things: Great location-There is a Trader Joe's close. Small but nice gym and small pool. If you rent, do from the building and not Pelican
