Perfectly met our needs

We needed a place to stay while visiting my daughter's family for the Thanksgiving holiday. This place fit the bill perfectly, allowing us four adults to have our own bed and space and with the stove top and oven, we could prepare dishes to take to the holiday meal. The game cupboard was a nice touch. We did not have a car and found groceries and eateries within walking distance. Hosts were communicative and instructions were easy to follow.

This property has everything you’ll need and the location is ideal. The hosts were available and all the information was clear. Thankful to stay here with friends during a conference and would definitely stay here again. It is ideal for friends or families.

Enjoyable Stay In Encino

This property in Encino was ideally located for our needs with quick access to restaurants/shopping on Ventura Blvd and the 405 for trips to Santa Monica/Westwood. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet (despite the proximity to Ventura Blvd and Freeway). Accomodations were as described and there was plenty of space for our group of 5.

Great location and a very clean house

We had a great visit at this rental property. The house was well stocked, the beds are all very comfortable, and everything was very clean. It was perfect for our family vacation. A few things to note 2 of the bedrooms are situated rail Road style meaning to get to the third bedroom you have to walk through the second. Fortunately that works for our family but just something to keep in mind for others staying at this location.
