Overall a great location that is very close to Hollywood and Universal Studios, but in a quiet, hillside location. Property does have a lot of stairs but that wasn't an issue for us and made the home very unique inside. Street parking was close but was a short walk both nights. All of the furniture and beds were comfortable. If you need 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for your group there isn't much more to ask for.

This is an older home that’s clearly been updated while maintaining the charm of 1940’s Hollywood. The home is clean, looks like the listing, and the beds were comfortable. Location was perfect. Not only was it close to everywhere we wanted to visit, but it was also a quiet haven in the middle of a loud and noisy city. It was easy to find street parking close to the house, and I was able to find parking within a minute or two every night. Beds were comfortable. Home was clean. Furniture was comfortable. Rooms felt spacious. Communication with the property manager was easy and quick. Our one regret is that we didn’t have more time to stay and enjoy this home. We will definitely be back, and we will be looking to book this home any time we’re back in the area.
