It was difficult to find out which airport shuttle was actually the one for Hilton Garden Inn Segundo. In addition, there is NO seating while waiting. My mother is 90 years old and cannot stand for long times. I will be sending a message to the authorities at the airport about the seating issue.

Room was ready and clean upon my arrival. The desk clerk was very nice and had great customer service skills. But I went to use the restroom and it was locked! Couldn’t get in! The clerk didn’t have a proper key. Also, the small trading light next to the bed kept popping back on waking me up. The property was sold out so we could not switch rooms and it was way too late to change hotels. We won’t be back.

The only thing I I would say that they didn’t mention they were gonna charge me a deposit of 100$ and I already paid in full online and also I’m getting only 75$ in return cause they are charging for parking which again they didn’t mention that they were gonna take it from there.
