Upon our arrival the guy at the front counter was very rude to me and my husband. I understand that requests are not guaranteed. I asked for a room on the first floor with guards on the toilet. My husband has mobility issues. The day we’re leaving the room next to us blasted music loudly waking us up. Since he hadn’t stopped we checked out. They offered limited room service which they did no have. I had to pay for parking. When we checked out the gentleman name was Roy. He was amazing and knows what customer service is. He’s an asset to the company. People shouldn’t take customer service jobs if they don’t know what that means like the guy we came across upon checking needs training. I don’t plan to ever stay at this hotel ever again.

BEWARE!!! This hotel relies on business from Expedia and other online travel agents, but charges YOU the commission in the form of paid parking. Stayed here for years for January Magic Mountain weekends. They had a free shuttle to the park, free breakfast and free parking. Apparently that all changed in 2022 when BRIGHTON MANAGEMENT bought the property. All those perks are gone!!! The most egregious being scamming guests for parking if you book a room anywhere but the Hilton website. Never seen this scam before, but I absolutely will never stay here again because of it. Not to mention the service was noticeably lacking from out last visit. Bathroom toiletries are essentially dish soap, they don't make up the room or change towels, bugs in the shower, it's loud and the hotel stinks. Avoid at all costs. They charge you for their advertising, and then give you a motel 6 experience

Room looked very clean but smelled musty and like someone had smoked cigarettes in it. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, but the fitted sheet was meant for a thinner mattress. As soon as I sat down, the corners popped off and exposed the mattress protector. Tub was partially clogged and drained really slow. Filled with 3 inches of water during my showers. Fridge and microwave worked well and were clean. We used the laundry room. $4 per load seems steep considering my clothes came out of the dryer slightly damp. I didn’t want to pay another $4 so we draped the damp items aroun

Get the breakfast included it’s definitely worth it. Its not your average rinky dink hotel breakfast, here they have a cook making you fresh omelette pancakes or waffles plus they have real bacon not that transparent plastic looking stuff you get at other hotels.
