We had a window that leaked in the inside, then noticed large amount of mold growing on the ceiling above the window. We have 2 small children 10, 12 years old. The 10 year old has been sick since we’ve stayed in that room.

Left lamp in bathroom didn’t work. Weird nail polish stains on single chair in corner. Cockroach found in tub in the morning. No body wash in shower. Had to call for a bottle. There was only shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Staff was understanding about the issues. The stars of the hotel. I could t remember her name but she was working at the front desk on 1/30/2026 around noon. She was helpful.

I got charged $35 for self parking and had to walk across the street at night without a shuttle being offered. Service at the bar being slow on a Monday was very slow and my drink came after I asked for it once I received my food.
