The elevator stopped working and it took over 12 hours to repair. I had my elderly mother with me and had a very difficult time going downstairs with her from the third floor. I don’t know what the hotel did with handicapped people that day.

The location of this property right off the 405 is very convenient. There are plenty pf eating options within a mile radius from the hotel. And the staff are all very accommodating to the guests.

We stayed 2 days. The hotel was clean, safe, quiet with parking ($10/day) and recently renovated hotel. The hotel is right off the freeway near a busy major street but was safe and quiet inside. To enter hotel you must tap your room key, I liked that feature. Great free breakfast options - pork sausage/ turkey sausage, bacon, biscuit w gravy, 2 types of cooked eggs, boil eggs, yogurt & milk, 3 cereals, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, packaged muffins and whole red apples. The lobby, fitness room and dining area were relaxing and inviting. The room was clean with mini frig, k cup and microwave. The bathroom has full size products free to use of Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap. The shower pressure has our only complaint, we tried to adjust the settings on the showerhead, so just beware it will take double the time to rinse off. The room beds pillows and wifi were great. They usually clean the rooms when you checkout so if u need more towels etc just ask the front desk. All the staff we interacted with were very polite and friendly. They give you a flyer with hotel info wifi, gym, pool hrs and information about area at check info - very helpful. There is a large Walmart about a mile down the street. And next to the hotel is a Taco Bell and a Denny's and about two blocks away there is a Jack-in-the-Box and a panda express with several gas stations. If your going to Universal Hollywood Theme Park it's ~ 10 miles away, use waze app for traffic it helps!

I never was able to register. They couldn't get their stuff together. I went to another hotel. I have multiple crews staying in multiple hotels and this is the only one I have problems with. They blame Expedia, but all the other reservations go perfectly.

I traveled all the way from Atlanta, the front desk guy was not friendly or inviting. He barely made the contact and couldn’t seem to get me a clear answer. He wasn’t very interested in helping me.i go to my room and the shower was dry with hair everywhere, soap scum, and the room was dusty. I was not satisfied with the service but the hotel has a lot of potential. Will probably never stay here again.
