I chose this hotel because of proximity to airport and free shuttle. I noted that I was supposed to arrange for shuttle before arriving so I called a week before and was given instructions on where to meet them but was not asked my name. Upon arrival I called again and again told where to meet. we waited 40 minutes… no shuttle. called again and was told the driver was in a different route and would not be there for another 30 minutes. instructed to call cab comp and given a phone number. when I called the cab was told they do not service the airport!!! found the cab stop with many cabs lined up and took one to hotel . driver was paid with voucher..

I called for the shuttle to pick me up at the Long Beach airport at 11am on Saturday 10-18-25, I was told a shuttle will there in 10 minutes, no one showed up by 11:30, I called customer service again and was placed on hold while they contacted the driver, they was unable to contact the driver, I was then told a cab would be sent to pick me up, that never happened, I called an uber at 12pm to get to the hotel. I was not happy at all, that I received the runaround and had to pay to get to the hotel.

I have a 7AM flight out of LGB airport (there are 4 flights that depart before 7:15). That means doors close at 6:45. Found out at check-in that their shuttle does not start until 6:00! No way you can cut it that close. Don’t stay there if you have an early flight. Cost me $26 to use Lyft.
