This property at Mariposa has really declined over the last year. We had stayed here previously and enjoyed. This time around, things have really declined. Room seemed hardly clean and view outside was deplorable area of property. I HATE writing negative reviews and am sad to write this one for a prior favorite.

The facility was great, the coffee was good, the maid service was excellent, staff was very pleasant and helpful, location was close to the freeway and other major arteries. I really appreciated my stay there, and I plan on staying there again. It doesn’t hurt that there’s a cool breakfast restaurant across the street.

One of the nicest hotels we stayed at in a while. we came for Universal it’s right down the road the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. they have parking on site that’s underneath of the hotel for $25 a night. The room is extremely clean as well as the bathroom. Working air conditioning is always a plus, we love a cool room. they have a 24 hour gym on site on the first floor as well as a hot tub/pool. We’ll be staying here again when we come to Universal.
