The room was great. Everything was clean and new. The bed was very comfortable. Great location close to Ventura blvd. Coffee was offered in the room but the water to make it cost $3. Coffee in the lobby had coffee grounds in it. Overnight parking in the garage was $25, which was disappointing. It is a nice hotel but I don’t know that we would stay there again. Everything has an up charge.

This is a nice place, clean and quiet. Insane cost for overnight parking ($25). I was able to park right out front for free on a weekend night. Otherwise exactly what we needed and spacious room with good amenities

Little Gem in the City!

Clean!! That was what we liked the most!! It was very clean and the design was simplistic and comfortable. Very nicely appointed! Danny from Australia was there to greet us and was helpful, informative and fun! We will come back!

Felt safe, especially traveling with two teenagers. The hot tub outside was nice. Wish there were more dining options but it’s a small boutique style hotel and I’m sure that’s hard to do. They did offer coffee and tea downstairs throughout the day/night. Room was simple, fairly clean but could use more of a deep cleaning. Walls, doors needed attention. Stayed on the non freeway side and it was quiet.

Had a very nice stay. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Walkable to a number of restaurants and also walkable to family that lives in town. Nice outdoor patio with cornhole and hot tub! Will likely stay again when in the area

Stayed here during evacuation orders due to the fires. Don and the entire staff were so helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Give everyone a raise, they are priceless.

Will Definitely Stay There Again

I was impressed with how lovely the property was maintained. Honestly, except for a wonky chair leg in our room & some darkening shower grout, the place was really clean & well put together. Shower pressure was awesome & bath water heated up quick. One complaint about the room is that it didn’t have a usable closet. At one time it did but I suppose when they started adding room refrigerators & microwaves, they chose to use that space instead of adding some furniture, or even a dresser under the television. There was nothing with a drawer, which would have been nice. We were there for one week. Oh, & the coffee maker was dirty, but I went downstairs every morning for the complimentary coffee anyhow. I used the gym every day, which was great & very clean, as well as the hot tub outside. The hot tub would have been more enjoyable if it had been, well, hotter, & one or two more heat lamps outdoors in the lounge would have also been nice. You have to run in & tell someone you want them turned on. The indoor seating area wasn’t quite as cozy as I would have liked since we did have friends come and visit with us. It was on the chilly side and had a cafeteria feel. The staff was amazing and I totally forgive them for not being able to quiet down the incredibly noisy upstair guests that kept us up late on our last night in town. And try as they might, the staff just can’t catch all the guests that break the “no smoking” rule. Guest relations was refreshing & everyone was helpful.
