Staff were great, and they work hard to keep it clean and safe. Location is good- just a short ride from the airport, and lots of restaurants nearby. But the building is old and needs a lot of repair and update.

The room was not adequately supplied/equipped with towels and tissue. I had only 3 bath towels. No hand towels and wash towels. An empty tissue box was left in the tissue bin and no replacement. The room was dark due to no lamp in the middle of the two beds. The AC was not working properly. The a/c made too much noise (loud) when turned on. A/C was not cold although I kept it on the lowest number during the day. Breakfast food could have been better and more preference. Oatmeal would have been a nice morning meal instead of bread and packaged muffins and donuts. What is the reason for having cream cheese when there were no bagels to toast??? At check out, your front desk staff did not say thank you and or ask how our stay was! And he seems irritated that I asked for a receipt. Need to improve on customer service.

They didn't have a clock, kleenex or lotion in the room. However, parking was plentiful and the room was clean. Breakfast was skimpy but they had fresh fruits so I ate apples and bananas. That was good enough for me. People who want substantially more will be disappointed.
