The cleanliness of my room could have improved. I found a lot of hair on the new towels, and my shower did not drain. Around 1-2 inches of water would build up.

The room was nice however we saw a lot of stains on the bathtub that looked like scuff marks. The hot water ran out almost every time we tried to fill up the bath tub. On the website and in person it’s advertised as a “hotel” it is not a hotel as the rooms are outside of the building. This is a motel which is not much of an issue the biggest issue is transparency if your establishment is a motel advertise it as such.
