The motel is completely remodeled very nice interiors. Not necessarily a lot of little extra no coffee maker not lots of soaps, etc. but you don’t miss it because the interior remodel is very nice. Everything white modern sinks bathrooms all nicely remodeled clean safe very centrally located to Van Nuys. Sherman Oaks is the access the new parking in the back. And very affordable.

The area is well lit and the parking is on the property. Starbucks is across the street with Panda Express & a variety of street vendors sell there wares on the sidewalks. For us it was a great location just over a mile from my niece and her husband. 20 minutes from the Getty.

The room was super clean and modern. The bed however was a bit stiff for my taste. It was hard to sleep. Also maybe it was just a bad weekend to be there but someone was partying and playing loud music all night long until like 4:30 am. Twice in a row. I’ll choose a name brand place next time.

We stayed in a triple family room with three queen beds, so it was super spacious and comfortable for all of us. Overall, everything looked clean at first, but once we started noticing the little details, it didn’t feel like a deep clean had been done. For example, there was hair on the shower walls before any of us even used it, and the tub needed a quick rinse before showering. That being said, the staff was amazing!! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, which we really appreciated. The location is also a huge plus it’s right across from a plaza with food, coffee, and even a really good taco stand at night. Despite the small cleaning issues, I’d definitely stay here again!
