Decent location. Everything seems updated but very small. No closet area. The door wasn't sealed well so cold air blew in all night and you could hear EVERYTHING outside. Could hear the upstairs people peeing and showering. The bathroom door didn't have a lock and you could hear everything in there too. If you need privacy, this ain't it. You have to pay $10 for parking. No other amenities. OK for price, I suppose.

Place was very clean they just remodeled it and it’s beautiful and loved that it had a room with 3 beds super friendly staff and close to Universal Studios will definitely be back my kids loved it!!

We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned or refreshed even though we spoke with someone the 2nd day about it. On the day it was supposed to be cleaned it appeared someone came into our room because the TV was on when we came back (we did not leave it on) but nothing else was done in the room. The beds were still unmade and two days of used towels were on the floor and trash in the garbage cans. The location is great if you are looking for somewhere close to Universal.
