AC worked. Bathroom wasn't cleaned the best, but A for effort? Really not much to say, when we arrived the staff wasn't in the office, think he lives on site cause it sounded like he was arguing with a woman. Foreign so didn't understand what they were saying. He did come out quickly once I rang the bell on the bulletproof glass (I think it was bulletproof I'm not sure). Checked me in and gave me a key card and immediately walked back through the door to continue arguing. Parking is convenient, 2 story building. For what the cost was honestly got exactly what I paid for. Was only 1 night so we didn't have to drive home drunk from the queen mary Halloween festival. Cheap Uber there and back. Would I stay there again? Probably. Maybe next year if I attend the same event. Cheap. Easy. It is what it is. Wasn't expecting the ritz. Bonus: They don't charge by the hour sooo......wasn't noisy. Would recommend bringing your own door stopper though, the door chain was broken off the door.

(Small rant) Needed a last minute Affordable room. I found this place for a decent nightly rate. However, Nothing on the information details suggested there would be a deposit upon arrival. As I arrived, I went to the check-in office and was greeted with a upset facial expression as I told the gentleman I booked with Expedia after I handed over my itinerary and identification he then informed me that I must pay $20 deposit to stay which I did not have cash or $20 available to just give him as he proceeded to stand awkwardly and observed me with a disappointment look, I told him I would have to come back and figure out a $20 cash deposit. He proceeded to not say anything and just hand me back a key card and my identification and turned around and walked away. customer service, Definitely needs some work at this place. I was very surprised on the room as I was not expecting the cleanliness the upgraded flooring brand new bathroom with great AC that chilled the room ., smelt clean was not bothered by anybody got a great night sleep nice hot shower and was on my way. Definitely recommend this place if you need a quick getaway.

Great Jacuzzi room

Recommend room with Jacuzzi. Cozy and romantic. Clean room. Only thing bad was got woken up 4am to a couple fighting arguing.
