Fantastic communication, can’t fault the host at all! The place was clean enough, apart from a couple cockroaches but I’m pretty sure they came up the drain while I was out so can’t really do much about that. The area isn’t good. It’s not particularly central to anything and there’s lots of homeless and drug addicts loitering. Honestly though it was cheap and public transport was fairly easy to navigate once I got used to it. If you’re wanting to chill in the apartment and have lots of things on your doorstep then this is not the place for you. However if, like me, you’re going to be out elsewhere all day and just use it as a base and place to sleep then it does the job pretty well and the host is extremely helpful and will reply to you very quickly and efficiently. If I were doing a similar (busy) trip I would stay again, despite the flaws

Absolutely STAY AWAY

So my husband and I checked in Friday night and let me tell you, very disappointed on the location of this apartment. There were homeless outside hanging out, one lady in yellow leggings yelling at my husband in Spanish in profanity because he locked the building door behind him. I spent 30 minutes looking for parking and the Taco stand across the street was nice enough to move their truck to make room for ours. Now as I enter the building with my husband this homeless woman assaulted me because I was not gonna let her in. I got to our room omg the urine stench was unbearable that I can’t even eat my food bare alone sleep in the room. The whole building had homeless coming and going. When the AC turned on the stench of urine made it worst. We had to hurry up and leave this place.I am very disappointed and this place is nowhere near the place it stated. It’s so far from the Dodgers stadium and Convention Center.
