Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
I was very disappointed with this rental! The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The entire condo was dirty when we arrived. The floors were dusty, the kitchen appliances (including the microwave and stove) were greasy, and mirrors, TVs, and other surfaces were covered with fingerprints and smudges. It honestly didn’t look like the property had been cleaned before our check-in. I contacted host Michael immediately, and although he said he would send someone to clean, no one ever came, and we stayed all four days in an unclean condo.Another issue was the lack of basic kitchen utensils. There were only a few forks and spoons, so we had to buy our own.The layout was also misleading. From the listing photos, it wasn’t obvious that the condo has three levels, plus another flight of stairs to reach the rooftop hot tub. Going up and down the stairs constantly became exhausting. The hot tub was also disappointing, as the water barely heated up. The only positives were that the air conditioning worked very well with separate temperature controls for each room, and despite being located right next to the highway, the condo was surprisingly quiet inside. Overall, this was the dirtiest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t recommend it to anyone!
