This unique property, a favorite among celebrities and influencers, offers unparalleled panoramic views and stunning sunsets from multiple decks or while relaxing in the hot tub.

Although just a mile away from shops and restaurants, the setting is peaceful and secluded, making it the perfect escape from the city’s hustle.

This three-story property consists of two completely independent units. You will be renting the main unit, which spans the top two levels, ensuring total privacy with no shared spaces.

The home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with an initial supply of toilet paper and kitchen paper, and one wash and hand towel per guest. Inflatable mattresses are available upon request with a $150 refundable deposit, which will be returned after check-out based on their condition.

Additionally, please note that a Tesla parked at the property is available for rental. Occasionally, renters may arrive to pick up or drop off the vehicle, but they will not enter the home at any time. This is simply for your awareness in case you see someone accessing the Tesla during your stay.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property and surrounding areas.

Beautiful luxury apartment with stunning views and all the amenities you could ask for. The hot tub was wonderful and my family enjoyed. So helpful to have the washer /dryer. Beds are comfortable. Great communication with the host Marcelo and he was very helpful with any questions. Would definitely stay again!
