Guests may park in the driveway (which is a bit of a tight squeeze!) and one designated garage spot. Self check-in is provided with a smart lock, allowing for a seamless arrival at any time after check-in.

Please note that the locked owner/storage closets are reserved for housekeeping and owner supplies and are not accessible during your stay.

To help us maintain the home for all guests, please review the following house policies:

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No extra guests or visitors are allowed beyond the maximum occupancy of the home unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Every person, regardless of age, must be included in your total guest count at the time of booking.
No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the home. Evidence of smoking, including odors, ash, cigarette butts, or other signs of smoking, will result in a $500 cleaning and remediation fee.
No pets are allowed. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at this property.
This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours as outlined in the House Rules.
