Welcome to Casa Noire, our villa in Baldwin Hills, Los Angeles. Every room has a view — the Downtown skyline, the Hollywood Sign, Kenneth Hahn Park, and the Santa Monica Mountains. It’s the kind of scenery that relaxes you and inspires you to be more present and reach for more.
This is a spacious 5-bedroom home with a hot tub overlooking the city lights, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, free parking, self check-in, and a dedicated workspace. Casa Noire comfortably sleeps 12 guests and is pet-friendly.
The space
Our favorite place in the home is the primary suite, which is one of a kind. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open all the way to the rooftop patio with a fire pit, swings, and an outdoor dining table. The views from this room will leave you in awe, and they never get old. The bathroom has a cathedral ceiling, a large walk-in shower with views of Kenneth Hahn Park, and a smart TV in front of the soaking tub for days where you want to binge-watch your favorite show in a bubble bath. The walk-in closet feels like a high-end boutique, with a glam table and windows overlooking one of the best views in Los Angeles. The room also has its own private library and workspace, so you can roll out of bed and into your meeting. Our favorite feature is the arched bar area with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We designed this room to be a sanctuary you can spend the whole day in.
The rest of the home has four additional bedrooms with premium bedding, two living rooms, and a chef’s kitchen with beautiful top-end appliances ready for family dinners or catered events. A separate ADU with a king-size trundle bed doubles as a private office — ideal for combining work and travel. And the hot tub, perched above the city, is where most guests say they spend their evenings.

Casa Noire sits just 12–15 minutes from SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, The Forum, and the heart of Inglewood and Culver City. Downtown LA, LAX, Beverly Hills, and the beaches are all about 20 minutes away.
Step outside to Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area, with 7+ miles of trails and some of the best hilltop views in the LA basin. A short drive takes you to acclaimed restaurants like Alta Adams, Somerville, 1010 Wines, Laurel Grill, and Highly Likely, plus local coffee shops, bars, and cultural attractions across Culver City, Inglewood, and West Adams.
