The Space:

The loft is a desirable living space on the second floor of a corner building, with a mid-century modern aesthetic. The layout provides ample space for work, cooking, and leisure. The open-plan design enhances the sense of space. The living area has large skylight windows for natural light and views (note: there are no widows in the loft, but the skylights can be opened for fresh air to enter!). The king-size bed offers a comfortable sleep. The unit provides a functional workspace and a pleasant environment for both work and leisure.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with a comfortable leather couch. You can enter through the front door on Santa Monica Boulevard. Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor, accessible via two flights of stairs as there is no elevator. Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, complimentary Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. Parking is available with two spots in a lot across the street.

Getting Around:

Centrally located in West Hollywood, with easy access to all of LA. Walk or bike to shops and restaurants, hop on nearby Metro or bus lines, or grab an Uber/Lyft anytime. LAX is just 12 miles away. Parking available for a fee.



Other Things to Note:

Please note there is no elevator in the building, and the apartment is on the second floor, accessible via stairs. The coffee shop downstairs is open until 10 PM. If you are sensitive to noise, please consider this when booking.
