Guests have access to the EV charger at no cost. Guests have access to the entire house via the Smart door lock at the front door, and well as the side yard, and enclosed backyard accessed through the sliding door in the Master bedroom.

Guests do not have access to the adjacent house on the property or the backyard on the other side of the fence. The fence gate is not accessible by guests.

Other things to note
Our property is a multi-family lot featuring two detached houses. We live in the main house, so while you enjoy total privacy in your own space and fenced backyard, we’re conveniently nearby if you need anything during your stay! Because this is a vibrant family neighborhood, you may occasionally hear our kids playing, or some sounds from our casual backyard gatherings from the other side of the fence. We want you to feel right at home!

We do not allow parties or events of any kind. This home is designed for families and respectful groups looking to relax and enjoy the space.

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood and maintaining a great relationship with our neighbors is extremely important to us. As such, we have strict quiet hours after 10PM.

Any unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, or violations of house rules will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
