Tailored with a chef's kitchen, this home also offers a cozy den, a movie room, 2 fireplaces, and 3 levels of outdoor living space. Listen to some records by the fire in the sunken living room while taking in the panoramic city views. Surrounded by lush greenery, those who love the city but also value nature and privacy will find that this home offers a perfect combination of both. You are a minute walk to Griffith Park Hiking trails!

NOTE: This house is a 4 bedroom listing, but we've converted one of the bedrooms to a screening room. If you require all four bedrooms we are okay with using the screening room as a bedroom. And the office has a pullout couch.
