ID VERIFICATION
A government-issued photo ID is required for every guest at least 24 hours before check-in for building registration.
Physical IDs must be shown at check-in — blurry, cropped, or overnight submissions will not be accepted by security.

GUEST RULES
Only pre-registered and approved guests will be allowed access (maximum of 4 guests per unit).
All guests aged 18 and over must submit their ID before arrival — failure to do so may result in booking cancellation.

NO SMOKING
Smoking of any kind — including marijuana — is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in rooftop areas.
A $500 fine will be charged for violations, and repeat offenses may lead to future booking restrictions.

Communication with host was excellent, best I’ve ever dealt with. Condo is as advertised. No view from condo but view from rooftop hot tub is amazing. Highly recommend this condo for sports fans, easy access to arena or Dodger Stadium. Area is very safe, lots of security. I was skeptical about sending photo ID, but host allows you to cover info. Allowed for easy check in with security. Condo is huge and would be fine for small family. Was perfect for a weekend getaway to see baseball in LA.
