Reinigung der Zimmer, Austausch von Handtüchern, neues Klopapier etc nur nach Aufforderung. Es muss eine Kaution von 100 Dollar hinterlegt werden, die nach 10 Tagen Aufenthalt komplett einbehalten wird für die Reinigung. Frühstück setzt sich zusammen aus Kaffee, 2 Müslisorten, 3 Nussriegeln, 2 Puddingschnecken, 2 Rosinenschnecken, 6 Joghurts, eine Kanne Milch, eine Kanne Osaft, 5 Caprisonnen. Um halb 8 wird alles rausgestellt. Wer zuerst kommt kann sich so viel nehmen wie er möchte. Dementsprechend gab es ab 8 Uhr meist nur noch Kaffee und Müsli (ohne Milch). Die komplett ausgestattete Küche besteht aus einer Mikrowelle, einem Kühlschrank und einem Herd/Backofen. Besteck, Teller, Töpfe etc gibt es nicht. Als günstige Schlafunterkunft ist das Hotel geeignet. Man sollte allerdings keine weiteren Ansprüche haben.
